Custom Video Request Form

Welcome to JFW Customs!
Please read each question carefully and provide detailed answers to help us better understand your custom video request.

  1. Select one of the upcoming shoots listed. These are final — no additional models will be added. Please do not request models not scheduled for the shoot.
  2. Custom video prices are final. For requests involving 3+ participants or over 20 minutes, please contact us directly before ordering.
  3. For shoots marked Mixed or Fem vs Fem, please specify exactly which models you want featured.
  4. We do not shoot any videos with models nude or topless.
  5. Weapons not approved by JFW Customs (e.g. staple guns) are prohibited. We also do not film anything involving blood.
  6. Our models are not trained pro wrestlers. Each undergoes basic training to learn safe, choreographed moves. Therefore, moves like Powerbombs, Pedigrees, Piledrivers are not allowed.

Max 2 videos. Each up to 150MB. Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, WEBM.
Max 5 images. Each up to 25MB. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP.

Script Approval

Once your script is submitted, the model(s) and I will review it together. If any changes are needed, I’ll contact you for alternatives. All scripts must be approved by both myself and the model(s) prior to the shoot date.

If your script is not approved, we will not film the custom. Once approved, I’ll reach out via email with payment instructions. We accept PayPal and Cash App only.
Payment must be completed no later than the day before the scheduled shoot. In case of cancellations or scheduling issues, you will receive a full refund.

Final Product Delivery

Once your video has been filmed, please allow up to 1.5 weeks for editing. When the video is complete, you will receive an email with a private download link.

The download link is valid for 12 hours after it’s sent. Sharing the link is strictly prohibited — doing so will result in forfeiting your video and loss of future ordering privileges.

JFW Customs reserves the right to list your custom video in our clip store after delivery.
